At TabForPiano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads (PDF files delivered instantly), we have a specific refund policy detailed below. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products — General Policy
All sales of digital PDF piano tab sheets are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods, as the product cannot be “returned” once delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and consent to the immediate delivery of that product, waiving any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file — please contact us within 24 hours
- The downloaded PDF is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match the title you purchased
- A technical failure on our end prevented successful delivery of the file
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and include:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- The order ID or purchase date
- The name of the song(s) in question
- A clear description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free Content
Free PDF downloads do not require a purchase and are therefore not subject to any refund process. If you experience a technical issue downloading free content, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Subscriptions & Bundles
If you purchased a bundle or multi-song pack and have a refund concern, we handle these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if:
- The file has already been downloaded and the issue is subjective (e.g., “I did not like it”)
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- The request appears to be an attempt to obtain free content fraudulently
Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, please note that for digital content delivered immediately and with your explicit prior consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply. We will always try to resolve any issue fairly.
